Support email
Email support@aiasart.com. Include your account email, generation id, payment or checkout id if relevant, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, API keys, secrets, or payment card details.
Generation support
For failed or stuck generations, include the generation id and approximate submission time. The system can refund eligible failed or timed-out tasks through the server ledger.
Payment support
For payment questions, include the provider, checkout id, payment id, amount, currency, and account email. Credits are granted only after a verified payment webhook.
Review and partnerships
For payment provider review, model provider discussions, or business partnerships, use the same support email and include AIASART in the subject line.
