Terms of Service
These terms describe how users may access AIASART, buy or use credits, generate media, and manage generated assets.

Service
AIASART provides AI image and video generation, project history, reference uploads, downloads, and related creative workflow tools. Features may change as models, providers, and storage services evolve.
Accounts and credits
Users must sign in to create paid generations. Credits are deducted when a generation task is created through the server-side ledger. If an accepted task fails or times out, eligible credits are refunded by the server ledger.
User content
Users are responsible for prompts, uploaded reference images, generated outputs, and any use of those outputs. Users must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or non-consensual content.
Payments
Paid checkout must be completed through the configured payment provider. Credits are granted only after AIASART receives and verifies a payment webhook from the provider.
Availability
AI model providers can experience delays, failures, policy blocks, or changing model behavior. AIASART uses polling, webhooks, and refunds to reduce risk but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
