Refund Policy

AIASART uses credits for generation tasks. This policy explains when credits or payments may be refunded.

Failed generations

If a paid generation is accepted by the system but later fails, times out, or cannot store a usable result, AIASART will attempt to refund the deducted credits automatically through the server ledger.

Duplicate charges

Payment webhooks are processed idempotently. If a duplicate payment or duplicate credit grant is suspected, contact support with the account email, payment provider, checkout id, and approximate time.

Unused credits

Purchased credits are generally intended for use inside AIASART. Refund requests for unused credits are reviewed case by case, subject to payment provider rules and fraud checks.

Provider policy blocks

If a model provider blocks a request for safety or policy reasons after credits were deducted, AIASART will review whether the task produced a usable result and whether a credit refund applies.

How to request help

Contact support with the account email, generation id, payment id, and a short description. Do not send API keys, passwords, payment card details, or other secrets.
